Skolavslutning på 6-års med tårtkalas. Vår tårta är den N pekar på, sockerkaksbotten, vaniljkräm med vispgrädde, grädde och halverade röda vindruvor (samt ägg- och laktosfri). Vansinnigt god förstås. Vilket också chokladtårtan uppe i hörnet var, kladdkaka med chokladkräm, var, men godast var familjen Strandbergs rosagräddiga tårta med marsankräm och geléhallon.
Daphne, today was N's last day in school before summer (except he's going back to the school's daycare facilities on Monday, his summer holiday doesn't start for another 3 weeks. We had lots of cake (I made the one with grapes that N points to) and the children sang many, many summer songs.

MMMMMMM the cakes look yummy!!! Isn't he darling? Connor saw the picture and said, "he looks older than he used to look"!!! :) Isn't that funny? It's very warm here today and the kids are inside because they hate the cicadas flying/buzzing around everywhere! I love to hear them but they won't even go outside until late evening. I'm going to take them to Sonic for milk shakes later. I can't have dairy products so I'll have a mango-berry slush instead! :)
