To be honest I've never really been that into ice cream. The odd snowcone in the summer, yes, and a Piggelin just about any time, fine. Ben & Jerry's different chocolate ice creams had me under a spell for a few years, but then it was just ice cream again and I'd really rather have 5-6 Danish. And then a few weeks ago I found Coconutterly Fair. Fairtrade and coconuts. I love coconut flavoured desserts more than any other dessert so I see a lot of ice cream in my near future.
(I may also try the Boston Pie Cream flavour when I'm in NYC next week and I think I'm going to be really happy we don't have that in Sweden.)
