When we were in NYC I managed to sneak in another visit to Momofuku Ssäm Bar. If I lived in New York I would have to come here every week to have the pork buns. They consist of steamed wheat flour buns, roast pork belly and cucumber and then you add hot sauce and the combination is simply divine. We hade a set 3 course lunch menu and these are pictures of my dessert which was grapefruit curd, lavender cream, honeycomb and sconeslike bread with black tea. Then the pork bun. And then J's dessert which was chocolate and ice cream something and that beautiful red sauce which was made from beets and gorgeous.
